Refund Policy

There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for each player/ cheerleader after ____/____/____. (Today's Date) After this date you must make a request for remaining refund in writing to the Board. There is absolutely no refund of any fees after the 1st game. Returned Check Fee A fee of $20.00 will be charged for any returned check. The check amount, plus the check fee must be paid by cash or money order within seven (7) days of that date that you are contacted by the TNC Vikings organization. Failure to meet the seven-day deadline may result in the removal of the child from the organization until the return check settled.
TBYFL Concession Stand Duty TBYFL requires each organization to work at their concession stand during one game each season.
Balance Due The balance due amount must be paid by 7/26/10 to protect your child's spot on the squad. Any balances not paid in full by 7/26/10 will be considered an abandonment of your child's spot on the squad and that spot will be open to the public. You will receive a refund as listed in the refund policy on this page
